I last saw Monsignor Tom Shannon at my mothers funeral last year.He literally waltzed right into the funeral home and dispelled the gloom.He spoke lovingly of our mother and we were so thankful that he had made that effort to come and say goodbye.He did the same for us when our dad died many years ago.Sure Fr Shannon you are up there now above with our Mam and Dad and having a great old sing song. May you find eternal rest.You were definitely one of the best.
