....one of my favourite hang outs was jb morans corner....and listen to the "genius" of johnny corcoran ....henry taphouses grandson ...johnny was always the best dressed guy in the town.....noted for his kid leather gloves.....it was always hillarious to meet up with him when a funeral passed by on its way to the cemetery .....johnny would usually say...."see the guy on the right hand side .....he's the chief mourner .....the corpse owed him a tenner...." i guess he's shit out of his tenner and luck now....."....he was also known for his spin on songs......usually with some raunchy twist to the words.....but he was a damn good handballer.....although he appeared to be pompous ....arrogant....and condescending.....he was neither of the above....
