What a pity that some people take offence so easily. Surely we should all try to be a little more tolerant of others' views? A simple question was asked by a contributor and perhaps the reply should be, don't know thw answer to that, but maybe the town council would be the people to contact.
Also, the remark about being infomed about a local death by seeing it mentioned on this board, or the internet, somewhere, is an interesting one. I also have a problem with that, but then again maybe I'm from the old school.
And by the way, I don't think that any of the above posts could be described as a "rant" and I think it unfair to classify them as such.
