a cara.....thank you for your correction....you are right.... i will say however as soon as i posted my tid bit.....i knew i goofed...... two ton tony galento....made that expression his own ...he made that statement about every fighter he challenged......{and rumour has it that a reporter asked him had he heard of shakespeare....}.and yes he did make that comment when he signed to fight the brown bomber.....he fought joe louis in yankee stadium 1939 for the title.....he hurt him with a left hook {his deadly weapon} in the 1st. round....and he floored louis in the 3 round ......however joe destroyed galento with brutal combinations....and it was all over in 4......it was reported that galento phoned louis everynight before the fight ....and harrassed him with racial slurs.....joe was so angered by that he vowed to make him suffer...the only opponent he made such a vow.....most of galentos buffoonery was circus....much like ali's .....not comparing him to ali of course.....I'll mouda da bum...was his his trademarked comment.....however max baer ....made that comment....when he was scheduled to fight two ton tony....july 2 1940.....in new jersey....incidentally he fought both baer brothers.....max and buddy....in bloody foul filled bouts.....with plenty of slander and racial insults to boot...
