In 1969 a new housing estate, McKeever Park was advertised in local 'papers, to be built in Castlebar and named after the firm of contractors 'McKeever Bros'.It was to consist of 24 houses;semi-detatched three bedroomed houses, costing in the region of £4,000 each.
The residents must have decided to change the estates name or maybe it never took on? Any guesses where it is/was located? Hint:Situated on a hillside.
