..jack was temporarly retired as official town crier......by the bbc....not the british institution......but the brinklow broadcasting company.....charlie ...billy....and davie.....but after the towns fling with electronic....broadcasting......jack was back.....duffys circus....james and john duffy....wasnted no one but jack....his brush ....bucket ....and bicycle were dusted off....and soon the familiar walls were ablaze with posters...incidentally jack was also known as the ...buskin.....once on my lost weekend in castlebar......working for the moy drainage.....because of my addictions.....baynes ....the paymaster refused...to give me my pat.....i met jack outside the tweed centre.....his resolve was....lets go for a pint....and im sure youl know how to sort it out.....we did ....and i did sort it out......
