Can anyone tell me of Raheenbar in earlier times. I understand today it is the site of a windmill farm. My family can be found here in 1844 . My research has revealed a baptism record for Mary Garven born in 1844 at Raheenbar ,sponsers were John and Sally Keane. Mary Garven was the daughter of Martin Garven and Margaret Keane. By 1851 the family is in Perth Scotland ( all 13 of them in two rooms!) Later on Martin was a cooper by trade.
