The Town Hall (upper portion which is now Linenhall Arts Centre) was indeed used by the Castlebar Pioneers at different times. My information is that in the early 1900's there was a Pioneer Hall in Tucker Street, located where the Al Muretto Restaurant is now, and later still in Market Square where the late Angela Corcoran's family lived and which is now part of Dunnnes Stores
