I am very saddened to hear of the death of my good friend shamie.....we were boyhood friends....and neighbours....shamie grew up in number 9...and i in number 10.....his father was trumpet player extroadinaire...willie keane....who was a member of the the stephen garvey orchestra.....his mother nell nee rowland.....was a wonderful lady....his brothers liam....and martin....his sisters josie...and nuala....its a sad day for me....to his family deepest sympathies....
