The records of Births, Deaths, and Marriages are available in the registrars office, but they are not available to be examined by the public. You can, of course,get a copy of the relevant certificates if you have the required information to hand. If you need the information for a family tree, you can find a lot on the 1901 and 1911 census records which are available on the internet. Just Google 1901 Census Ireland. I hope this is of help.
