Not 100% sure where you are referring to - but I was there last month, and several times over the last year and I must admit I thought the locals and/or the council/church had it in reasonable shape.

And honestly, I don't even know where the large bushes are. Must of the large trees have been taken out.

Unless there is a old old graveyard in Ballyheane that I don't know about
