Hello Siobhan I dont no if this information I have would be of any help to you.About six years ago I happen to meet that man John Smyth.I met him while I was visiting in a nursing home in Cavan in summer 2005 approx. I think he was visiting his mother. we were chatting and when I told him I was living in Castlebar he asked me if I knew Robinsons garage in Spencer Street. He told me how he worked there in the 50/60.I think he told me he was living in Roscommon.He was a very friendly man. This is all the information I have on the man. Teresa Quinn
