I used to do business with the Bacon Factory back in 60's and 70's.It was agreat company owned latterly in my time by an Englishman,Jack Clarkson.I have great memories of Castlebar I'll
never forget the place.Must pay a visit sometime.
Do you have photographs? if so i'dlove to see some.
I was a Rep.for a firm that supplied Sausage Rusk and Spices to the business.
