I'm sure the thoughts of many here go out to the Mullaghy and Jennings families on the tragic and far to early loss of Michael (Mick) Mullaghy late of the Brambles and Kennedy Gardens. Mick was a well known figure around the town as a former manager of Supervalu in Castlebar and if my memory serves me correct i think he may have played for the mayo minors in the 1980's It is sadly becoming far too frequent an occurrence that we mourn the passing of contemporaries of our younger generation born in the 60's and 70's. May God help and comfort his family on their tragic loss. RIP
