Auld Stock's articles are a wonderful record of Castlebar's social history. If they were put into book form I suggest that a large number of copies would sell. So come on the Connaught Telegraph and Mayo County Council put your heads together and produce a worthwhile book,I'm sure that you wont lose money on the venture.
