Farther to the North of Cawselbawh there exists another town named Ballina which also shoud be called Ball-ina rather than Ball-in-aa, then there is the name of the actual County itself which I myself do not know the correct prononciation of eversinse I met a man who had the surname Mayo and he called himself "MAY-O" but never anything like May-yo or just "Meo" or perhaps a slightly longer version sounding Maa-yoo. There is some confusion too when it comes to the whole Country which is called I.Err-land again I bet our English neighbours would pronounce Awr-land.
