Hi Alan,
thanks for the info really appreciate it. I’m a graphic designer and I was really taken by the lettering used on the monument – they are a great combination of Irish insular characters (using old-style lenitcular dots) with geometric, Modernist, Bauhaus-inspired Art Deco forms.
If I find anymore information I will be happy to share it here, and if anyone is interested I will share some sketches for a typeface based on these forms.
