Nice to see, Frenchill Monument get a mention, but the truth bet that it was a farce from the begining . They gave a substiancial donation. The offical Open came, and a senior" Offical "was despatched to the opening. When he arrivred and saw what they (French Government) got for their money, he got back in his Carrage and went away .
