Of course we want people to upload to Castlebar so the instructions for submitting to Castlebar.News are below :)

Once uploaded the photo is immediately available at:

http://www.castlebar.ie/artman/uploads/filename.jpg

where filename.jpg is your original file as you uploaded it.
