Catherine Bourke's Pump/Corner; Lucan Street was once known as Caretakers Lane/Collectors Lane; Congress Terrace, Station Road (after the International Eucharistic Congress in 1932); Shamble Lane. Why has Gallows Hill disappeared? There was a hanging tree there in the past . . . Daly's Terrace, Lakelawn Avenue, Lindsays Avenue, Bretts Boreen, Clarkes Field, Feeneys Field. Keep going, folks.
