Madge Feeney was a daughter of P. J. Feeney who had a very extensive business at Rush Street/Lucan Street at the turn of the century. He was as very witty man, by all accounts. Madge had a sister married to a Dr Moran in Westport. I often saw her collecing 'cipíns'(little bits of timber) around Marsh House. She wore a long red dress when I saw her nearly 50 years ago.
