Hi Butch. Your comment about the poor judgment of the retail clerk brings to mind a a true story I think will amuse you.
Some years ago Ron Wood (Rolling Stones) acquired an Irish retreat a few miles from where we live in Kildare. Deciding bicycles would be a healthy way for the family to explore the local countryside, Ron selected a number of top of the range bikes in the local bike shop, but alas the proptietor refused the gold visa card proffered for the bikes from the dishevled looking guy with the cockney accent ! Cash only, so a bemused Ron had to trot to the bank to withdarw a few grand. Both parties tell the story with great amusement.
