I thought that perhaps there might be somebodies out there in the ether, that never heard of “Edith Piaf” A.K.A. “The Sparrow” A.K.A. “The Little Sparrow of France”.

Or perhaps, heard of, but never heard her SING! Like Judy Garland, and Brenda Lee, she was short in height, but when she was on the stage; a giant of mesmerizing power. In her private life she fought the demons, and ran over men like a steamroller.

In ‘World War two, she kissed the cheeks of Nazi High command, affording her the freedom and power of influence to save the lives of many French P.O.W.’S. I enclose just one of her flagship songs. God Rest “Le Petit Moineau”.

Au Revoir.
