Opposite Josie Bourkes garage was Dermot Fahy electrical engineer (the late Dermot was his son, I am proud to have known him) beside them was Condons shop and on the Mall side was Mc Cormacks offices and town yard.
Beside Josie Bourkes on the Post Office side was O'Briens (dentist)and on the other after cabbage lane was Phil Thorntons (Solicitors, up the steps).
