Actually his name was 'Who ?' not 'WHO' (shouting again !) and since Mr Daly was not mentioned on this page it would seem to be a fair enough question to ask . . . Brennan, Sheridan, etc. I know of but I don't know who this Mr Daly is either and would like to hear of a reason why a road should be named after him.
