Well now let me think, as dancing was one of my favourite pastimes. Who can forget Tooreen, Ballyhanuis, Pontoon, the TF, the Town Hall, before the TF took over, Islandeady, a couple of time made it as far as Sligo, Claremorris, Kiltimagh and of course Westport. How about the carnival dances held in the marquees, up in the Barracks, I do believe in the soccer field up by the tennis courts (correct me if I am wrong) the old memory is not what it used to be. Thats all for now folks!!!!
