Yes Jean, Stephen snr. was a Garda, who died in a road traffic accident in the 80s while on holiday in Wicklow. Stephen jnr. and his mother appeared on the homepage at the launch of his book a while back. His mother Bernie, has since passed away. The Dunfords lived at 23 Marian Row.
