I'm just after finishing the book & my first impressions of it are good.For a first novel,it moves along nicely & I like the way it switches from one time period to another.However,I don't like too much of the way the characters speak ie.musha...
Also,from a buyers (& booksellers )point of view,it has a terrible cover - just the colour black.I know the old cliche.."never judge..." but for people who don't know the author,they will just pass it out & choose something different.
Overall very good & I'd recommend it.
