I take your point Tempus. The last thing I'd wish to do is cause embarassment or hurt to anyone who worked in an organisation dedicated to the betterment of the town. However, I think a grave mistake was made in killing all fish life in the Lough Lannagh catchment area at that time. I am not at all sure if the Castlebar Development Association had any hand act or part in this misguided project. I do know that the Inland Fisheries Trust were involved but who invited them in to visit this ecological disaster on our lakes and rivers?
