Join Cór Mhaigh Eo and the Castlebar Gospel Choir in an evening of song on Friday 7th December 2007 at 8.30 pm in Islandeady Church.

Cór Mhaigh Eo are just back from a very successful concert trip to Rome celebrating the 400th anniversary of the Flight of the Earls.

In May this year the choir was awarded third place in the prestigious National Open Competition at the Cork International Choral Festival.

The last Castlebar Gospel Choir concert at the Linenhall in June was a sold out sensation and this, their second concert appearance, promises to be just as enjoyable. Both choirs will sing music from a wide repertoire (from Benjamin Britten to Duke Ellington) as well as some festive Christmas Carols.
