To all members,

The Annual General Meeting of Mayo Sailing Club will be held in the Hotel Westport on Friday the 19th of October at 7 pm, all members are requested to attend.

The agenda will be as follows

• Minutes
• Matters arising
• Commodores report
• Treasurers report
• Sailing Secretaries / Report
• Junior Committee report
• Cruising report
• Election of Officers
• Review of Subscriptions
• Any other Business

The Laying up Supper will take place in the Hotel Westport at 8.30pm on Friday the 19th of October after the A G M, tickets can be had from the Commodore Joe McGovern at 098 41109 the cost is £25. All members are invited to attend.

Could the owners of Dinghies please take them of the hard stand so as to make way for the lift out of the boats which take place on the 13th and 14th of October.
