The Expedition

In the Arctic Summer of 2001, a team of leading Irish sailors and explorers will retrace the famous Northwest Passage from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean.

Jarlath Cunnane and his crew are setting off on Saturday 23 June to try and sail through the legendary Northwest Passage in Northern Canada. Their boat 'Northabout' is Aluminium hulled and was built by Jarlath in Knock.
