Early morning Aer Arann Knock to Dublin |
What a great Christmas present ! A trip to see United playing a derby game against their local rivals Man City. We flew Knock to Dublin on the Aer Arann redeye early morning flight and then Dublin to Manchester with Aer Lingus.

Like a snooker table - the day before the match |
A visit to the stadium was a must before match day with an extensive tour of the museum (hint: it's mad busy on match days so if you're ever there a day earlier then pop down to the museum on that day, also tours of the stadium are restricted on days before a match so go two days earlier to get the full tour).

The Real Treble - the museum is worth a visit |
Great atmosphere, but the wrong result, a one all draw with City, surely our title chances were blown. And to top it all we had to face Arsenal in the Cup next weekend (another disaster of a game).

Match Day - Starting to fill up |
Well it all panned out a lot better than most United fans ever expected. I can look back on some great memories as United went on to win the title in style. It all feels so long ago now and the teams are already reporting back for pre-season training for next year.
If you're a fan then make the trip at least once in your life, you won't regret it.
