Congratulations to young Castlebar girl Laura (left) on winning 3rd prize in The 2003 Texaco Children’s Art Competition.
Laura, aged 7, won 3rd prize in category E (age 7 to 8 years). Laura is in first class at Scoil Raifteirí, Castlebar. She attends art classes with Ms. Bridie Geraghty.

A total of 21 winners were announced on Wednesday, April 10th , at the Herbert Park Hotel in Ballsbridge, drawn from an entry of over 50,000 pictures. The official presentation of prizes takes place in Dublin on Wednesday, May 21st.
