Hi Chris: "Musha," spelled "muise," is "indeed," in Irish. It's the rest of it we're lacking.

The book "Visions and Beliefs in the West of Ireland" by Lady Gregory has more than two pages devoted to butter, which people say "that's a thing that's very much meddled with," either by malicious neighbors or the good people. Nothing in there about having a visitor churn, but I'm not surprised by it.
