Perhaps you can help find another, which my old Dad used to recite as he took me and my brother up the stairs to bed at night. I believe it is Irish. It starts:
'Up the aery mountains, down the rushy Glen daren't go a-hunting for fierce little men.
Green feather, Red feather ...... tramping all together' etc.

If you know it and have time, please put it on this board GB :-)
