M - I might be totally wrong and out of order, but have the board of directors thought about changing from a limited company to registered charity status? I'm not an expert on Irish commercial and fiscal law but its just a thought. As a registered charity it might also be possible to invite donations from those who enjoy this great web site to contribute to a central fund for distribution to various Irish Charities as well as ensuring the the long term future - Good luck! :-)
