It was a great place to live & some of my memories are: Chatting to a sprightly Tossie Kelly who could tell a different story every day,exploring the back gardens of the row of houses such as Tossie's,Durcan's etc.,playing with the disused petrol pump at McDonald's Garage,great characters on the street such as Jackie Elliot,Katie Connolly,the elderly O'Connor sisters,hopping over the wall either into the Lawn or into Syme's orchard.....
