they dont allways remove remains here in uk as i remember when they were building the M42 motorway through just south of Birmingham they uncovered a graveyard where a lot of people were buried who died from the black death, the redirected the motorway as they considered moving the remains was too dangerous in case it caused the deseas to spread again
