The walks interest me as I do a bit of walking sometimes and then stop for a few weeks and then when I feel stiff and unfit again I start pumping the legs. After walking only an hour I feel tired in my leg muscles to begin with, as it takes several weeks to get used to it without puffing and blowing hard, so I was wondering just how far each day they actually walked and the total distance one is expected to cover in total over the four days so I can prepare myself perhaps for the next years event.
