a cara.....we ...the old stock of castlebar....and particularly mchale road....have an oysters pearl of memories.....although i am a little older than you...we grew up together.....my "shows" in our shed.....etc......you are right about the garden shop.....and jack ward does live in new york.....i had many an ice cream in there....and my mouth always watered at the selection of confectionery on the window .....the clanico-murray iced carmels.....i guess he installed the juke box after i flew the coup........you and i heve met in many places since.....london.....do you remember the interview with fine fare foods at marble arch.....and of course we met several times in toronto......i am glad you read and contribute to the nostalgia board.....it is important to establish......a memorial to our towns history.....for me ...i have now become part of my past....
