It may be that Eamon Comber was related to the Poorhouse Hill Combers but I found an Edward Comber in the 1911 Census in house 15.2 Summerhill (Mountjoy) Dublin. This Edward was originally from Mayo, was 28 years old at the time and was living with his mother (who was married at the time), two sisters and cousin who were all from Mayo too.

Nationalist Edwards frequently changed their names to the Irish version Eamon (de Valera did so). This Edward Comber was a House Painter and was the only member of the house who claimed to speak both Irish and English. There is a good chance this is Eamon Comber as the Census was taken just five years before the Rising in Dublin.
