Old film and tapes, Stephen Garvey

I have recently come across a long forgotten biscuit tin in my attic, it came from my grandmother Katie Lacy, sister of Stephen Garvey. The box contains old audio tapes (reel to reel) and 8mm films. I have no idea what they contain but I do believe they are recordings of Stephen. Anyone any idea how I can have these checked out??
