Hi. I just saw your post and I hope that you check it again and read this. I am an American Garvey relative. Stephen Garvey was my great grandmothers (Kathleen Gavery) nephew. Her mother was Mary Ann Gildea, who married Charles Garvey. Lived on Castle St. Recently visited Castlebar and was pleased to see the plaque for Stephen.
