Hi Bary,I have some information that may be of interest to you. I came across an article in which your wife's GG Grandmother, Maria (I think)applied and got a transfer of a Publicans licence. She was now living in 1911 across the road in Castle Street and was described as the Head of the Family, but not a widow.Unfortunately,I also came across a notice where a Mrs. Mulroy, Castle St was evicted from her licensed premises in May 1911.I'll be in contact with you soon.
