Mr. Madden asked the Minister for Justice whether in view of the widespread confusion which exists in the public mind in regard to the legality or otherwise of a game known as “net ball” or “pongo” he will state whether he has now completed his examination of the gaming laws concerned; and, if so, whether he will now introduce proposals for legislation to clarify the position.
