Time's arrow - people will move out of the centre of Castlebar and into the estates or suburbs, moving up and on to bigger houses. Time's cycle - then as people realize it takes 40 mins to get to centre of town some people will move back. A pattern certainly seen in larger towmns and cities. Time's arrow, time's cycle is the idea that things to change but pattern repeat slightly altered each time. A spiral more than a cirle. I hope this isn't too high flutin'.
