Some months ago Nan Monaghan, Johnny Mee, Bernie Murphy and John Joe Walsh contributed to a marvellous documentary on RTE 1 about the bacon factory. The programme was produced by Peter Woods and I am told it is available on the internet. I might be able to dig up a few pics of the bacon factory staff later on.
