I knew Charlie Mellor when working in the South of England some years a go. He visited with me in Castlebar along with his wife after I returned homein the 70s. As far as I remember they lived where John Hanley had his business in Rock Square. He often spoke about the car which was used as a taxi in those days.He lived in Fordinbridge and had a bakery business.
