Going by the email address from the poster, I am presuming that it is Paddy Bourke, son of Josie. If it is, can I wish you and your good Castlebar wife and family a very happy Christmas. Now back to the subject....there must ne plenty of photos still about and what a good idea to try and compile a little history of the place with all its characters and all the business that was conducted there. I wonder does anyone know if there had been an article in the Parish magazine about Bourke's in the past editions. Perhaps MM might know?
